Return and Exchange Policy The Rialto Tie Comapny stands behind the quality of our products. We have worked very hard to ensure our entire product line is of a high-quality standard that we would expect when we make purchases. All products are hand-inspected before shipping to help ensure defective products are not shipped to customers. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Rialto Tie Company purchase, please contact us to schedule a return merchandise authorization. We will gladly refund your full purchase price upon receiving the item(s) back from you. - The return must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase
- Returned items must be un-used and in new condition
- We will only accept the return of products in their original condition
- Worn merchandise cannot be returned
- Shipping and Handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable
