When we began the search for the premium ties for The Rialto Tie Company, we were 100% focused on the quality. First and foremost we wanted to establish The Rialto Tie Company as a QUALITY tie designer and not novelty tie mass producers. We accomplished this through multiple avenues.

We researched and evaluated many ties for The Rialto Tie Company to find the correct tie - the tie that we unanimously liked the quality and feel. All of us here at The Rilato Tie Company have wore ties during past jobs in "Corporate America"; thus, we all own many ties. We evaluated all ties considered for The Rialto Tie Company against those we had purchased from different locations. In our existing personal collections (of literally hundres of ties) we had ties from high-end designers found only in specialty stores and upper echelon department stores, we had ties of all varieties from your common shopping mall department stores, and we had a multitude of sale and discount ties.

We started by comparing the ties we already owned to determine all of our personal likes and dislikes. We all quickly decided that the "common mall tie" was generally too thin of a material - it felt much cheaper than the specialty ties. However, at the same time, some of the more expensive ties in our group collection were actually too heavy. Not necessarily too heavy of material or too thick of material - but the material was woven so tightly that the tie did not drape nicely - it was stiff and ridged; and these were often the $135+ ties!

It was quickly decided that we wanted a thick tie that still had flexibility and softness to the silk - a tie that could achieve a thick knot, still be long enough, yet still drape nicely. It took some research, but we ended up finding the perfect tie that we all liked At The Rialto Tie Company.

Each person, obviously, has their own personal preference; however, all of us at The Rialto Tie Company feel that our Rialto neckties are amongst our favorite neckties in our personal collections. And that is not even taking into consideration the beautiful models on the back inside tipping of the tie - that is only considering the quality of the tie against all of the other ties we own.
